Tickets

What types of tickets are offered?

In 2025, three different types of tickets will be available. The Surenburg Lounge includes premium covered seating with catering included. Grandstand A tickets provide reserved covered seating, Strolling tickets allow access to grandstands F1-F9 with first come first serve style seating. All ticket types can be purchased as weekend passes (Friday, 12.09.2025 to Sunday, 14.09.2025) or as day tickets. Admissions on Thursday, 11.09.2025 is free of charge.

 

What do the ticket categories mean? What services are included, where do I have access?

All tickets grant access to all visitor areas of the grounds (shops, food stalls, and exhibition stands). Access to reserved seating (Surenburg Lounge and Grandstand A seats) is only available to ticket holders with the corresponding admission ticket. Unfortunately, it is not possible to upgrade from a strolling ticket to a reserved seating ticket. Strolling ticket holders have access to the covered grandstands F1 - F9 with first-come, first-served seating. The Surenburg Lounge offers the best seated view of the grass stadium, along with catered food and drink options. Catering in the Surenburg Lounge begins on Friday afternoon.

 

Where is my seat?

The seat, row and grandstand block will be indicated on the ticket.

With the strolling tickets you have access to the covered grandstands F1 - F9, offering first-come first-serve style seating. Arriving early is recommended!

 

 

What discounts are available?

Children aged 6 and under receive free admission but are not entitled to a seat; wheelchair users and individuals with a B mark on their disability pass should purchase tickets via email at tickets@riesenbeck-international.com

Children's price: 7 years up to and including 13 years

Reduced price: Age14 to 17 years, students, apprentice, seniors, individuals with a disability pass

Please remember to bring valid identification when purchasing discounted tickets.

 

How do I get a ticket with wheelchair reservation?

We have special seating for wheelchair users. Please send us an email to: tickets@riesenbeck-international.com. We will provide further information.

 

Ticket booking

How can I tell if my order has been confirmed?

 

When purchasing a ticket, we ask for your email address to link your booking. You will receive an email confirmation after completing your ticket purchase on our website.

Please check your spam folder if the email does not appear in your main inbox, as the email can mistakenly end up in the spam folder.

 

When will I receive a booking confirmation?

A booking confirmation will be sent to you after successful payment. It may take a few minutes for the email to deliver. 

Can I view my booking online?

Yes, you can view your booking online at any time in your user account via the link provided in your order confirmation.

 

Can I still make changes after the payment has been made?

No, unfortunately that is not possible.

 

How do I get my tickets?

You will receive your print@home tickets via email after the payment. Please print your tickets in DIN A4 format. Make sure to not damage the barcodes on your tickets. You can also show the tickets in digital form on your cell phone at the entrance. 

 

Can I return my tickets?

No, unfortunately that is not possible.

 

Can I purchase the same tickets on site as in the online shop?

We have a box office on site with unlimited strolling tickets available (Access to visitor areas and includes first-come first-serve seating in grandstands F1-F9). If there is further ticket type availability, purchasing at the box office is possible.

 

Can I change (upgrade or downgrade) tickets on site? 

No, unfortunately that is not possible. 

 

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes! The tickets are not personalized. 

 

Payment

What payment methods are available?

Tickets can be purchased via PayPal or by credit card

How do I get to the visitors’ car park?

Please follow the signs indicating the visitor’s car park and follow the instructions of the security staff.

 

Where do I park as a wheelchair user?

Please send us an email at tickets@riesenbeck-international.com. We will provide all relevant information.

 

Are dogs allowed at the event?

No, dogs are not allowed on the premises. We would also like to ask you not to leave your dog alone in the car.

 

May I take pictures?

Yes, but only for private use. Photographers and videographers need accreditation.

 

How far are the parking spaces from the event site?

The parking spaces are about 400m away. Please follow signage!
