Tickets

What types of tickets are offered?

We are offering seating tickets on a stand with a roof, seating tickets on a stand without roof and strolling tickets (standing tickets) for all 3 days from Friday, 19.07.2024 to Sunday, 21.07.2024 and additionally day tickets. Admission on Thursday, 18.07.2024 is free. This year there is a new ticket category: the Surenburg Lounge. You can choose between day tickets for Saturday an Sunday or a season ticket for the whole weekend (Fri-Sun). Catering will only take place on Saturday and Sunday.

 

What do the ticket categories mean? What services are included, where do I have access?

All visitor tickets grant access to all visitor areas of the venue. Access to the stands with their respective seating entitlement are only for ticket holders of the respective admission ticket. Unfortunately, it is not possible to upgrade from a strolling ticket to a seating ticket. The Surenburg Lounge offers covered seating and access to selected food and drinks. No catering is offered on Friday. 

Where do I have a seat?

We have covered stands and uncovered stands at the grass stadium. Your seat, row and block of the stand you are seated in are indicated on your ticket. Strolling tickets do not entitle you to a seat at the grass stadium.

What discounts are available?

Children 6 years and under are admitted free of charge but are not entitled to a seat. Children from 7 to 17 years inclusive and disabled persons receive a reduced admission. PM members (German National Federation) also receive a discount. Please have your proof/ID of membership ready at the entrance, otherwise you will have to pay a surcharge for a normal ticket. Wheelchair users or disabled persons with a "B" in their ID card pay the full admission price; an accompanying person is admitted free of charge. Please send us an email to: tickets@riesenbeck-international.com. How do I get a ticket with wheelchair reservation?

We have special places for wheelchair users. Please send us an email to: tickets@riesenbeck-international.com. We will provide further information.

 

Ticket booking

How can I tell if my order has been confirmed?

You enter your email address when booking your ticket and you will receive a confirmation email after ordering your ticket. Please do not forget to check your spam folder in your inbox, the confirmation email may be in your spam folder by mistake.

When will I receive a booking confirmation?

A booking confirmation will be sent to you after the successful payment process.

Can I view my booking online?

Yes, you can view your booking online at any time in your user account using the link provided in your order confirmation.

Can I still make changes after the payment has been made?

No, unfortunately that is not possible.

How do I get my tickets?

You will receive your print@home tickets via email after the payment. Please print your tickets in DIN A4 format. Make sure to not damage the barcodes on your tickets. You can also show the tickets in digital form on your cell phone at the entrance. 

Can I return my tickets?

No, unfortunately that is not possible.

 

Payment

What payment methods are available?

Tickets can be paid for via PayPal or by credit card.

I have problems with the payment, what can I do?

On site

Can I purchase the same tickets on site as in the online shop?

We have a box office on site. If tickets are still available, you are welcome to purchase tickets on site.

Can I change (upgrade or downgrade) tickets on site?

No, unfortunately that is not possible.

How do I get to the visitors’ car park?

Where do I park as a wheelchair user?

Please send us an email at tickets@riesenbeck-international.com. We will provide all relevant information.

Are dogs allowed at the event?

No, dogs are not allowed on the premises. We would also like to ask you not to leave your dog alone in the car.

May I take pictures?

Yes, but only for private use. Photographers need an accredidation.
